With 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and many extras that most villas don't have you can enjoy the gym, steam bath, jacuzzi, lounge/disco with full bar, games, cinema room, heated pool, high tech kitchen, conference room and full SONOS sound system available in most rooms.
The villa comes with a full time housekeeper if required (lives on site). There is gated parking for 5 cars.
The spacious 130 m2 master bedroom is east facing with views to the mountains, sea and golf, and has a south facing en suite bathroom with walk in shower, dressing area and a terrace with outdoor shower and Gibraltar on the horizon.

VILLA XTRA : Amazing home, amazing host, and a great all around experience for myself and my group of 15 people. The maid is very sweet and super helpful at all times.

This brand new villa is adjacent to the Golf La Alqueria complex in the stunning hills next to Atalaya Golf, and is superbly located 17 km east of Estepona.
Marbella is 25 minutes away on the road, and the airport in Malaga is a 50 minute drive from the villa.
