Villa Parai
Villa Parai is super luxurious, with everything you could ever need for an unforgettable holiday, and includes 5 en-suite bedrooms, a large state of the art kitchen, and plenty of outside space. The property is set in immaculate grounds and even offers the chance to brush up your putting skills on the beautiful green, and also enjoy a game of volleyball.
Inside, the villa is bright and spacious. There are 3 en-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor along with a fabulous large and modern kitchen. The south facing living room overlooks the pool area and garden, and enjoys lovely views across to the coast. Directly outside is a covered terrace where you can dine outside and enjoy the tranquillity.
Upstairs you'll find 2 further en-suite bedrooms, one of which is the the top floor you will find two more bedrooms, also both with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious offering amazing views, and features a fireplace and private terrace.
Outside there is a superb BBQ area, with seating, extensive grounds including a putting green, lawn with a basketball hoop and a volleyball sand court. The beautiful pool has an option to heat for an additional charge, please ask.
The villa also features gym equipment, laundry facilities, WiFi and air conditioning throughout, plus gated access with double garage.
Villa Parai operates a strict Saturday - Saturday 1 week minimum booking policy from April to October.

VILLA PARAI : An amazing space. The villa is spacious and well appointed and the garden is fabulous. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. The villa feels like a high class hotel. A large plot in a lovely area and close to shops bars and beaches. The facilities are lovely and the whole place was spotless.

Located 18 km east of Estepona, this is a popular area near golf, mountains and beaches.
The gorgeous Spanish seaside town of Estepona with it’s many flower laden pedestrian streets in the Old Town, bars, restaurants and events in the summer is a 20 minute drive to the west.
The villa is a 5 minute drive to Diana Park commercial centre with its various restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy and charming Saturday market on the street where you can buy your fruit, vegetables and more.
Neighbouring various golf courses (of course Atalaya) include El Paraiso and it's just a short drive of a couple of minutes to Los Flamingos. The stylish El Campanario Country Club (gym, spa, swimming, yoga, restaurant) is a brisk walk or short drive away.
Easy access to San Pedro de Alcantara town, beaches, watersports activities and promenade chiringuitos within a few minutes drive and further on then by car or foot to Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Malaga Airport is a 40-45 minute drive from the villa.
