Villa Rica
With 9 bedrooms, this is a wonderful luxury family property that is happy to take respectful hen/stag groups and golfers for short breaks during the year or weeks (7 nights minimum stay in July and August).
Enjoy the sea, golf and mountain views and tranquility from the private pool. This villa no longer hosts weddings or events for guests aside from those residing at the villa.
Head to Estepona (the garden city of the Costa del Sol) 14 km away to enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants. It has a great 3 mile blue flag beach and chiringuitos (beach bars with fresh fish grilled over charcoal) all along the promenade. Wander the Old Town bedecked in flowers along its cobbled streets. During the summer there is a huge programme of free music, dancing, markets, art and much more.
Villa Rica is situated in a private lane on the outskirts of the lovely village of Cancelada. There’s plenty of Andalusian charm to be found in this historic town with bars, coffee shops, cobbled winding streets, flower strewn balconies, great restaurants and boutique shops.
This thriving village has local shops, bakery, cafes and some fantastic restaurants. The beach is 3 km drive. Puerto Banus bars and nightlife are 12 km away, around 20 euros in a taxi.

Villa Rica is situated in the pretty Spanish village of Cancelada, equidistance from the lively beachside towns of Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara with their endless promenades, beach bars and restaurants.
Estepona is roughly 15-20 minutes by road, and Marbella is about 20-25 minutes to the east.
Malaga Airport is a 55 minute drive from the villa.
ASK ABOUT AIRPORT TRANSFERS for your group
- we need for your rental contract with your details on (name, address, passport number, email, telephone)
- you can book via a portal link we send you, which means that you can cancel up to 2 months in advance (usually, please check) with a full refund
- the deposit is usually 30-40% of the full rental fee
- a refundable damages deposit of 1500 euros is required before arrival with your final balance payment which is typically due 8 weeks before arrival
- this may be increased for certain types of visitors for events when external people are invited on site, in order to best protect the villa
- all monies are paid to the villa owner not via Luxury Villas Marbella
- this villa is very popular so we suggest booking a minimum of six months in advance as a minimum especially for the high season (12 months in advance)
